Our team developed a proposal to enhance the FF&E and lighting in the public spaces, including the lobby, mezzanine, and amenity floor, focusing on improving both functionality and comfort. We proposed ideas to better utilize the space for leasing staff and tenants, as well as design concepts to improve the flow of the amenity areas. I contributed by assisting with the mood board and mood palette, pulling comps, and laying out test fits. Minimal construction was proposed to stay within budget, with two design directions that balance aspirations with practicality.
