For this large-scale renovation, we were tasked with refreshing the furniture, fixtures, and equipment across key public spaces, including the reception area, arcade, both tower lobbies, a party room, and select back-of-house areas. The building, a mid-century modern landmark in Chicago, was originally designed with architectural influences from Far East countries, subtly woven into its exterior detailing.

Our approach focused on bridging the gap between the building’s exterior and interior, ensuring a more cohesive design language. By carefully curating materials, textures, and forms, we are integrating subtle nods to the original design inspiration while maintaining a refined, mid-modern aesthetic. This renovation seeks to enhance both function and visual harmony, making the public and amenity spaces feel more intentional, welcoming, and true to the building’s architectural heritage.
